Shrivenham, Phase 1

Days Ground and Common Close are two residential streets situated in Shrivenham, Swindon. The streets consist of 37 properties, owned by the Ministry of Defence.

The Hawthornes School

This project presented a challenge of refurbishing the roof of a historic building while preserving its character and ensuring modern functionality.

Tree Close, Richmond

This project KRS were enlisted to complete full roof replacements on all 12 properties at Tree Close, an age-exclusive community in Richmond, Surrey, built in 1975.

Worthy Down

This project was for the re-roofing of 62 properties inWorthy Down for Anglian. Kingsley were part of a wider refurbishment project, and were in charge of the pitched re-roofing aspect.

Shornecliffe

Kingsley Roofing were engaged by Amey Defence Services to carry out the works required to both flat and pitched roofs.

The Lake House

The scope of the project included the removal of the existing slates and lead from the structure. This entailed careful dismantling and disposal of the old materials to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Brize Norton Phase 1

Faulder Avenue, Carterton, consists of 45 properties owned by the Ministry of Defence. Situated nearby to RAF Brize Norton, the RAF’s largest and busiest air station.

Cambridge Military Hospital

This project aims to transform a Grade II listed collection of Victorian and Edwardian buildings into 140 elegant new homes.

Esher, Surrey

We were instructed by PA Housing to carry out refurbishment works to 40 individual properties in various locations around Esher, which involved stripping and re-tiling along with new fascias, guttering and associated lead works.
