Solutions

This project saw Kingsley Roofing London transform terraced and semi-detached houses, tackling everything from structural repairs to bat-friendly felt installation.

The structural works included demolishing chimneys, replacing concrete gutters with modern fascias and soffits.Then insulating to 300mm depth – Kingsley tackled the roofs comprehensively. New Marley Eternit tiles, fixed with precision, ensured a 15-year warranty and insurance-backed guarantee. The Bat-friendly felt and bat tiles protected the local bat population, while SVP adaption ensured rainwater drainage efficiency.

Kingsley's commitment to safety shone through, with thorough risk assessments, RAMS briefings, and consistent site monitoring. Led by a dedicated Contract Manager and supported by a trainee, Kingsley ensured every detail met the highest standards. Subcontractors were carefully vetted and onboarded, and all personnel received comprehensive inductions.

The included photos showcase the project's progress, from boarded scaffolding and secure waste disposal to the elegant transition from concrete guttering to modern fascias and soffits. Kingsley's meticulous work is evident in every detail, ensuring the roofs' functionality and aesthetic appeal.
