What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with project teams, internal staff, and clients to ensure all financial aspects of projects adhere to contracts, company policies, and client expectations.
- Develop detailed budgets for assigned projects.
- Prepare quarterly valuations and cost-to-complete exercises.
- Manage sub-contractor payments, final accounts, and orders.
- Conduct on-site measurements and verify contractor payments.
- Attend and contribute to meetings, including pre-order discussions, quarterly valuation reviews, and project updates.
- Oversee sub-contract orders and manage communication with sub-contractors.
- Manage all commercial activity related to contract variations.
- Assist with material procurement as needed.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Experience working on medium and large-scale roofing projects
- Excellent client relationship management skills and a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of JCT contract formats.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiate effectively.
- The ability to present complex financial data to senior management.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
- A consultative approach that allows you to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
- The ability to identify revenue opportunities and build strong client relationships.
